A. Chest

Measure around fullest part of chest under the armpits and middle of the nipples.

B. Waist

Measure around narrowest part of your waistline B (usually around belly button).

C. Sleeve

Measure with arm relaxed at side and slightly bent. Measure from center neck back, over point of shoulder, down outside of arm and elbow to wrist bone.

D. Hips

Measure around fullest part of hips and wear including belly. Take your measurements with feet’s together.

E. Inseam

Measure from crotch seam to the floor.
