Items to be returned or exchanged must be returned in perfect, unworn, new condition, unopened with all original tags attached. You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return through sending an e-mail to address available on contact page. Note, that you must ship the item back to us with a copy of your order confirmation within 14 days from the date your request is approved. Packages sent without contacting us beforehand will not be accepted for a refund.
For any returned items, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item. Make sure to use a reputable shipping company with tracking information or proof of postage, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Items may not be returned or exchange in person at our headquarters location.
If you return a full order with all the items purchased, you will receive a full refund.
